GENERAL TERMS

1. In order to use the Service, you must agree to the Terms. You may not use the Service if you do not accept the Terms. You may accept the Terms by actually using the Service. In this case you understand and agree that 
CHK.CARDS will treat your usage of the Service as acceptance of the Terms from that point onwards.
2. All the contents of CHK.CARDS for familiarization purposes only.
3. Any illegal use of CHK.CARDS is strictly prohibited.
4. Any information used for developing CHK.CARDS is publicly available and was found through search engines.

SECURITY

1. From time to time the administration of CHK.CARDS will make a decision about the mandatory change of user passwords. At this point special page will be opened after you log in to the system and you will be offered to change your password.
2. Any attempts to undermine security of the service (publishing screenshots of the service at any resources, an attempt or success in hacking or cheating, atypical activity) will suffer consequences of complete blocking of the account.
3. Users with empty balance are not allowed to use CHK.CARDS.
4. Inactive users are not allowed to use CHK.CARDS.

BLOCKING ACCOUNT

1. All accounts which have not been used (there was no registered login attempts) for last 6 months will be automatically blocked.
2. All accounts with more than 5 unsuccessful attempts of entrance in a row have been registered will be automatically blocked.
3. There are several smart mechanisms in the system which register any suspicious activity and can block an account automatically.
4. To unlock your account you need to contact our support team and pay fine (if applied).
5. An account will be deactivated during unlocking process. To activate it you will need to re-log into your account and refill a balance for required amount.
